present value test: 1. A mathematical analysis, using the rate of inflation (or deflation) as the capitalization rate; that tests whether today’s value, of the assets securing the issuance of the private currency, equals today’s indexed value of the currency. 2. The annual audit on the present value assets, and the MR$ notes issued and outstanding; which confirms, or denies, that the private currency has met its promise-to-conserve the purchasing power of the currency holder’s capital.
