                    1.      Web Site Security:

This Web site has been designed to offer information, and to answer questions, about our private currency. In developing this Web site, it was assumed that it would not be the hub of our financial transactions, involving the private currency. The private currency will be sold via Internet auction venues and/or by distributors directly to the public. As such, your personal and confidential information should not be e-mailed directly to this Web site, since this Web site is not designed to be a safe depository of such information.

If you wish to send us personal or confidential information; then we suggest you contact us directly at 952-707-8400, or via the U.S. mail at:

                        Real Monetary Reserve, Inc.

                        P.O. Box 202002

                        Bloomington, Minnesota 55420

You may also forward such information to us through the secure e-mail services provided by the auction venue, assuming such secure services are provided. To be certain, please review the security procedures offered by the auction venue before sending any personal or confidential information.

                    2.     Distributors:

If you are approached by anyone representing themselves as a distributor, representing our company in the distribution of our private currency; then we encourage you to contact us to verify the distributor’s identity with us.

                    3.       Money Changers:

The Millennium Dollar® is offered as a private currency for public consumption. As the MR$ notes are distributed into the marketplace, the rightful holder of the MR$ notes takes possession and owns the private currency in the same way that they would own any other currency rightfully held. As such, other parties in the marketplace may elect to offer monetary conversion services to the general public without our permission and even without our knowledge. As such, we encourage you to be certain that such money changers are reliable and trustworthy transaction partners before entering into any transaction with them. If such people are not known to you in advance, then you should ask for personal references. If you witness, or personally experience, any improper act by anyone purporting to exchange the MR$ notes for USD, or to sell MR$ notes for USD; then please let us know immediately.

                    4.     Counterfeiting:

It is our understanding in offering the Millennium Dollar® in a paper format, that some degree of counterfeiting is to be expected. There is no way to issue a note that cannot be counterfeiting if enough talent and capital is spent to do it. Nonetheless, we have spent considerable effort to minimize the counterfeiting. As such, when you accept Millennium Dollars®, then you should be aware of the following identifying characteristics:

                    •      If the MR$ note is held up to a good light source; then you should see a globe watermark on the

note. The watermark will not be in the same place every time, and you may actually see one at

either end of the notes. The globe watermark is about two inches in diameter; big enough so that

you will seldom see the whole watermark. If there is no globe watermark, then you have a

                           counterfeit.

                    •     Just below the serial number, the denomination of the note (one, two, etc.) will be printed in red

ink. If you hold the note on the red ink between your thumb and forefinger for a few seconds, the

ink should disappear; leaving a white imprint on the denomination. The ambient room temperature

may make the red lighter; and sometimes, the red will not turn white for people with cold hands you

may have to find a hot-blooded person to make the ink disappear. However, if the ink does not

disappear, then you have a counterfeit.

                    •      If you successfully identify a MR$ note, using the procedures above; then you will also notice that

the bill has distinctive colors and layers of printed matter. As an example, the background color of

the notes will shift from a greenish-blue to yellow and to greenish-blue as you scan across the bill

from side to side. You will also notice the “MR$” symbol in the background. If the colors are

different, or one of more of the layers of printing are missing; then you have a counterfeit note.

Finally, we will be distributing Specimen Notes to help merchants identify real MR$ notes from counterfeit notes. The Specimen Notes are real in all regards; except that, the word SPECIMEN is printed in red ink over the serial number, and there will be two holes punched in the top of the note. Be careful you do not accept a Specimen Note as the real MR$ note. (Specimen Notes are not backed by present value assets and are not convertible into USD.) Nonetheless, keeping a few Specimen Notes on hand is a good way to spot counterfeits, especially with respect to changes in the colors and the layers of printing. Specimen Notes will be offered for sale at auction and by our distributors, along with the MR$ notes.

In accepting the MR$ notes, it is important that you become familiar with their identifying characteristics, since the company will not accept counterfeit notes for conversion to USD.
